    Pentium III industry equivalent?

      In order to use Exam Soft to take my exams, my computer must have

       

    • CPU = 2 GHz Pentium III or Industry Equivalent
    • RAM = 2 GB
    • 32-bit Windows XP
    • I have a
    • Intel Core 2 CPU T7200 @ 2.00 GHz
    • 1.00 GHz, 1.99 GB RAM
    • Windows XP Professional
    • I need to know if this is the industry equivalent.

          Since the Intel® Core™ 2 Duo processor T7200 is based on newer technology, it should support the software that you are trying to run. Keep in mind that Intel processors are software independent.

          However, bear in mind that the software most be compatible with the motherboard and operating system, so processor wise the software will work, as long as the motherboard and operating system supports the software.
