Well, on the surface, the Marvell 88SE9128 controller does have a 'Yes' in the PMP column here:
However, I think there's more to it than that. Perhaps you can follow Palladin's post here about "modes" and figure it out:

After I posted my second post, I was very frustrated (due to a VERY crappy High Point RocketRAID 622 card) and just plugged the enclosure in to the eSATA port after setting the secondary controller to RAID in the BIOS. The Marvell controller on this board can definitely see, talk to and recognize that there is an array on the drives. After I am done getting the data off the existing array, I am going to try to create a new array in the Marvell RAID BIOS and report my findings.

I was just curious if you ever got your 4 bay enclosure working on this mobo? I have a similar need, and would love to know if port multiplier works off the eSATA port on the back of m DZ68BC!
