Slow POST/Windows boot with 12GB upgrade on DX58SO (IOH/QPI voltages)

I recently upgraded my DX58SO to 12GB RAM from 6GB. Once installed, it took upwards of 30+ seconds to POST and then another 20+ to boot Windows 7.

It wasn't until I upped my IOH Core and QPI/Uncore voltage that things seemed to return to normal (quick POST, fast Windows 7 boot time).

Can anyone confirm that my voltage and timing settings are appropriate for my system? Everything appears to be in order and the system seems stable, but I wanted to be certain I wasn't setting something incorrectly.

      Thank for your help!

The two settings I had to modify for stability:
      IOH Core Voltage Override: 1.250
      QPI/Uncore Voltage: 1.350
