iam using Intel Desktop Board DG31PR and Intel Core 2 Duo Processor for past 2 years, from last week iam facing an problem, my system shutdowns after few mins as it boots. I contact the store where i have purchased it, they guided me to contact Intel support. Then i came across the Intel web site, there i noticed that my model/product has reached the End of Interactive Support, as my board and processor covers three years warranty, please guide me to get the problem solved.

From your description, you may be suffering from a thermal shutdown issue. Have you checked to see whether the heatsink is (still) properly attached to the processor/motherboard? It may have come loose...
