No "OpenGL Settings Guide" for Intel hd graphics 3000

I don't find any OpenGL settings guide (which EXPLICITELY should refer to OpenGL...) following the instructions reported in the link

http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-030506.htm http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-030506.htm. Another kind of setting panel opens without any reference to OpenGL to set behavior of the hd graphics 3000.

Why OpenGl cannot be set directly? Is hd graphics 3000 using really OpenGL?
