I solved the problem. As I said before problem didn't solve with CMOS battery taking it out, but with BIOS Clear jumper. BIOS Jumper is positioned in right bottom corner, and has yellow plastic on it with 3 pins, Default is 1-2, Configuration mode 2-3, so open your PC Chassis and bring BIOS jumper that covers second and third pin on jumper. will provide picutres later on of Mainboard schematics. When you put jumper in position mentioned above, you POWER your computer and change what ever you did in BIOS back to as it was before, in my case RAM latencyes, if you don't know values, on last menu choose RESTORE SYSTEM DEFAULTs.
I can't belive that nobody replayed, hopfully this will help some one.
