I've just built-up a Windows 7 (64-bit) I7-2700K system based on a new DZ68BC board (flashed with the latest 0027 BIOS of 10/13/2011). I downloaded and installed the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility (v 2.1), Desktop Utilities (v 3.2.0.038b) and Integration Assistant (v 126.96.36.1992a). All three work fine following the first reboot required by the IDU installer. But on subsequent reboots, launching IIA gives a "Motherboard not supported" message and quits, while running IDU shows the generic "Intel(R) Desktop Board" for model and "Data Not Available" for the processor, BIOS version and BIOS date, as well as "Windows XP Media Center Edition version" for the OS! (In contrast, XTU remains fully functional after reboots.) Removing and reinstalling IDU fixes the problems with both IDU and IIA, but only for one reboot cycle before the problem returns. Can anyone advise on how to fix this?
