I'm building a PC for my father, using a Z68 MB & want to use SRT. But in the past, I've always partitioned the HDD - C: for the OS / D: for data - so if the OS gets corrupted it's easy to get data back...
Can I still do that? i.e.:
HDD1, partitioned as C: OS / D: Data
SSD1 used for smart caching
Any tips appreciated!
I confirm you can still partition the standard hard drive as you described, and thus, use the SSD as caching for the Operating System partitioned.
