    Network Driver causing audio problems

I have a Intel i5-2500K processor in a DQ67SW Desktop Board running a fresh install of Windows 7 Professional 64-bit.

I have been having problems with the network driver for my Intel 82578LM Gigabit Network Connection.

When I have the network driver enabled, the audio (and sometimes video) is stuttery, and glitchy, even at the lowest quality settings.

When I disable the network driver, I am able to watch 1080p videos in QuickTime, YouTube and VLC smoothly without stuttering.

It is currently using the latest driver: 20/07/2011, and I have tried reinstalling it.

      What can I do.
