What is the logical next step up?

I'm researching.  My current board is Intel Corporation D975XBX2 AAD53350-507.  I need the next step up so I can install 2.0T drives.  This computer is mainly used for wedding video editing.  Is there a current version of this model?

There are plenty of ATX form factor motherboards available that are designed for current CPUs. If you want your Boot Volume to be over 2 TB, this will mean you need to use a suitable OS and have a UEFI capable motherboard. What changes are you willing to make and what OS is your video editing software compatible with (or do you not mind buying new software for the purpose)? Have you seen the Intel mini-matrix pdf yet?
