For some reason only sometimes when playing world of warcraft i get the message 'the display driver igxprd32 has stopped working normaly and you have to restart your computer'. I only just received this computer so it has always had this problem but it does have on board graphics of 384mb wich meets minimum requirements for world of warcaft and i have recently updated to the latest driver. i did use a computer with lower specs but never had this problem i dont see why i get this please tell me why i get this and how to fix it? Also i have talked to the people at Blizzard Entertainment but they have no clue but it will only happen in areas of the game that have been recently upgraded but my old computer could still display in areas like this so could you please tell me how to fix it

Hello,

What is the model of the video chipset or video controller integrated in your system? And what is the operating system installed and driver version?

You can identify it using Intel® Chipset Identification Utility available at:

http://downloadcenter.intel.com/SearchResult.aspx?lang=eng&ProductFamily=Chipsets&ProductLine=Chipset+Software&ProductProduct=Intel%C2%AE+Chipset+Identification+Utility http://downloadcenter.intel.com/SearchResult.aspx?lang=eng&ProductFamily=Chipsets&ProductLine=Chipset+Software&ProductProduct=Intel%C2%AE+Chipset+Identification+Utility

Or please use the Intel® System Identification Utility using the following site:

http://www.intel.com/support/siu_la.htm?wapkw=%28siu%29 http://www.intel.com/support/siu_la.htm?wapkw=%28siu%29

That will generate an 8 digits code called Report Reference ID. Please let us have that code, this will provide us information on what is being detected on your system.

In addition you can check the game playability list on this site and check if your game is listed:

From what I can see your system uses the Intel(R) G33/G31 Express Chipset Family controller.

The latest generic driver for that controller is posted here:

http://downloadcenter.intel.com/SearchResult.aspx?lang=eng&ProductFamily=Graphics&ProductLine=Desktop+graphics+controllers&ProductProduct=Intel%C2%AE+G31+Express+Chipset&ProdId=2877&LineId=1100&FamilyId=39 http://downloadcenter.intel.com/SearchResult.aspx?lang=eng&ProductFamily=Graphics&ProductLine=Desktop+graphics+controllers&ProductProduct=Intel%C2%AE+G31+Express+Chipset&ProdId=2877&LineId=1100&FamilyId=39

Keep in mind that this controller may not be sufficient to what your game requires. I strongly suggest you to check on the technical minimum specifications with Blizzard.
