Intel Data Migration SW (Acronis): does not know what partition alignment to use?!

I recently purchased Intel 320 Series 120GB SSD.

I used provided by Intel Data Migration SW (Acronis) to clone my current Windows 7 boot drive to SSD.

Everything seemed to go well. I can boot and work from this new SSD.

But when I go and check partition alignment I see very strange numbers (as if Data Migration software did not know that target drive is SSD).

      Partition alignment is 31KB !!!

here is the info reported by msinfo32 -> Components -> Storage -> Disks:

      Description    Disk drive
      Manufacturer    (Standard disk drives)
      Model    INTEL SSDSA2CW120G3 ATA Device
      Bytes/Sector    512
      Media Loaded    Yes
      Media Type    Fixed hard disk
      Partitions    1
      SCSI Bus    1
      SCSI Logical Unit    0
      SCSI Port    1
      SCSI Target ID    1
      Sectors/Track    63
      Size    111.79 GB (120,031,511,040 bytes)
      Total Cylinders    14,593
      Total Sectors    234,436,545
      Total Tracks    3,721,215
      Tracks/Cylinder    255
      Partition    Disk #3, Partition #0
Partition Size    111.79 GB (120,031,478,784 bytes)
      Partition Starting Offset    32,256 bytes

Why Data Migration software used an Offset incompatible with SSDs?

And is there a way to fix that?
