Boxed Xeon E3 include heat sink and fan?

Does the Boxed Xeon E3 (1230 for example) come with a heatsink and fan?

I've spent an hour looking at the product specs on Intel's site and from retailers and it doesn't say anywhere...

Since these processors are designed to fit on different type of server chassis, the fan would not fit on many of those chassis, so Intel has decided not to include the fan/heatsink with these processors.

In this particular case you will need to buy a separate fan/heatsink that fits on your server chassis.

Well, I bought a boxed one here in Australia, and it did come with a fan and heatsink.
