The Intel AppUp(SM) center support team has received reports of new users experiencing an error (108) displayed after initial store registration. The team is actively troubleshooting this problem. Should you experience this error, please perform the following steps to resolve:

3. On Processes Tab, look for ismagent.exe
4. Right click on ismagent.exe and select 'End Process'
5. Re-launch AppUp and continue with normal login
