I don't know why it was pulled the first time (0128), but yeah, I saw that too.
But 0131 was pulled for good reasons... it is bricking DH67CF boards.

It is a shame that a company like Intel to make BIOS updates as 0128 or 0131 and destroy motherboards to customers saying nothing, I had the Asus and MSI motherboards and never had serious problems that Intel has.
