AMT Clients dont provision in SCCM - Client MBEx Settings needed

Hi,

we have configured all needed stuff (create certificates, create Servicepoint OOBE etc.) to use AMT with SCCM.

Reading the document "Configuration Guide for Intel® vPro™ Technology with Microsoft* ConfigMgr SP2".

Now we have the problem, that the Client has the status detected in SCCM and the AMT Version is shown, but there is no provisioning status.

We cant find if we have the right configurations in the mebx on the client. There we have only entered our rootca thumbprint and changed the password while the first logon. This password is stored in the configuration of the OOBE Servicepoint in provisioning settings and MEBx Account in register general. Is this correct? Which configurations should we change in MBEx?

Hi,

Usually, only insert the root ca thumbprint is enough, send the piece of amtopmgr.log that show the connection attempt or provision in order that I can better see what's going on.

Best Regards!
