I have a DZ68DP board with two Seagate 1TB disk drives. Have configured RAID1 and the performance is terrible. copying large files from folder to folder on the same RAID set = 5mb/s. Basically its unusable. both reading and writiing is gnerally poor however readign and writing large files to the same volume is just terrible. I have checked all the doco and updated all drivers. driver is 10.6.0.1002. Teh intel utiliy says there is a later driver however when you d/l the file - its the same version eben though its caled 1022.
To begin troubleshooting, I'd recommend running a BIOS update to the latest version available on the website:
Also, to discard problems with the RAID structure, please try running the system with only one of the two hard drives connected.
Let us know of the outcome.
