The problem you are having could have two causes.
1. A problem with the voltage being provided by the video card.
2. An issue with the motherboard (either BIOS or hardware).
Please try using a different power supply, to troubleshoot the first part. Then, try a BIOS update to troubleshoot the second part.
Also, if possible, test a the voltage from the power supply using a voltage tester.
Ok Jose i am going to check it..If you know could you please put some light on the +3.3 Rail and what easctly its used for.. and why it thugs up and down like this..
What troubles me is that you have the problem at idle. Do you have a short somewhere ? check your wiring and see if the back of the MB is touching something. Look carefully around the cpu cooler as the mounting holes are close to some soldered parts on the board.
Ok I got wha tthe Problem was
The intel Board was Extremely Okay ! it was a faulty Powersupply ...got it replaced Under warranty ! Thanks for the help guys ! Cheers
