If the problem has only started occurring since you updated the motherboards BIOS, you can revert to the previous version simply by downloading it and running it just the same way you did to upgrade - thats what I did with my DG45ID after discovering an issue brought on by BIOS 0135 - I'm now using 0131.
Do you have any cards plugged into the motherboard (eg a TV Tuner) or USB devices connected? Does the problem crop up with any such devices removed/unplugged?
Thank you for your help
I have only the motherboard with no other card add to it.
The DG45FC include all on it.
That's good news because it confirms this is (yet another) issue with the 0135 BIOS so I suggest that you contact Intel Tech Support and raise a ticket with them so they can look into the specifics and a possible fix. For me the biggest problem was the voltage thresholds have been changed since 0131 and if I use Intel Desktop Utilities under my PC with BIOS 0135, I get warnings that aren't there with 0131. This may differ with the DG45ID and DG45FC however (even though they share a common BIOS file). Let us know what they have to say about it.
Where can I find the Intel team support? I try to mail them but I got a massage that they don’t support the DG45FC through the mail.
Now I remember that I had several times problem with the volt (I think it was the 3v) threshold.
I change my BIOS ver to 0131 hope it will help.
Well I've recently received interactive support via email for my DG45ID (regarding a bug with Intels latest Audio drivers for this board) so your motherboard should definitely be supported. I suggest you look up the Intel Tech Support contact phone number and contact them that way (or use the chat function to initiate a case). Any phone number will depend on where you live - here is a page with the relevant numbers for many countries. The 3.3 Volt rail voltage was also the one affected on my board with BIOS 0135
thank you very much, i will check it and let you know
