Are you using the USB ports in the back panel? If you are using the front panel or a USB hub try to bypass those using the back panel USB ports.
What operating system do you have? Please bear in mind the operating system needs to be listed of the board to avoid any problem.

These kind of problems seems to be related with teh application layer, try to get the latest drivers and Service Packs for the operating system, if the problem continues try to do a clean installation of the operating system as a corrupted file or a wrong configuration could be the root of this particular problem.
I have tried flash drive both the side, same problem.
Used Win XP 64 bit, later Win 7.

Where it says “download type” click BIOS there should be 5 results, go for the first one (ver 42), click on the blue link and you’ll see “BPX5810J.86B.0042.zip” download it uncompress and install.
