If it's an Intel board, it will always have a 6-3 code; like A12345-001 or D54321-909.
I guess that leaves Intel out. the closest number is A/W:89100-03 and along with the designation UMB2 it says ver:1.0 made in Taiwan. It also doesn't have the conventional 24 pin power plug specified in the WTX standard, rather larger Molex connectors for power. These motherboards live in ultasound machines used in Hospitals. I guess that they are a proprietary derivation.
