If you believe there are no problems with the dh61dl board and nothing has ever been reported, please explain the following link
I have this Problem. Please tell me how to fix it. I wish to point out that Robert_U of your company participated in this thread and a board was sent to Intel c/o Steve Niemi.
I apologize, I was not aware of the post you have mentioned. Thank you for that information.
We would still appreciate if you could contact our support department directly. We would prefer handling this issue over live support.
I hope that the form chain was useful to you. As you can see many people are having issues with your DH61DL board and some are getting so frustrated that they are going to your competition. This include apparently some of your Gold Partners and resellers.
By the way I have gone directly to your support lines. Both the online chat option and your e-mail address. I am waiting for a response to some questions I asked via e-mail. I trust a reply will come shortly. We your customers need your company to look at this issue with that famous Technical Prowess that you are justifiable know for.
That chain describes my issues perfectly.
Did you get a Service Ticket number from the email/chat team? Could you provide it to me?
As requested here is the ticket #
Thanks for asking. I have heard nothing back to my request for information on power requirement.
Jose_intel RMA board back to Intel (G14066-202) as you suggested. Got back the same revision. I wanted the new one G14066-203 which is supposed to work with the full two memory module. Not impressed. Where now brown cow???
Had to wait two week for a non -stable borad. GRRRRR.
At this point, rnsm, I would recommend contacting the support department once again, to discuss other alternatives.
