BSOD. Error igdkmd32.sys after upgrade RAM

I am using Thinkpad T410i running on Windows 2008 SP2 and I got a BSOD when I upgrade my RAM from 2GB to 8GB. Previously, it is working fine when running on 2GB RAM. I have check on the web and it is related to Intel HD graphics drivers.

I have downloaded the latest chipset and drivers but still crashes. I have disable Hyper V and uninstall McAfee antivirus.

Is there any solutions for it?
