When we go to log onto our e-mail with Outlook Express we get a message that pops up all the time that says:

What should we do to fix this problem? Thank - you.
Unless your server is actually going offline, which the server logs would show, this sounds much more like an application error, rather than hardware. Have you asked around the Microsoft communities?
