DP67BG Chassis fan control not working

What I would like to be able to do is have both my CPU and Chassis Outlet fan spin up when the CPU temperature rises.  Unfortunately this only works for the CPU fan.  No matter what settings I change (outlet header designation, temperatures, fan ranges), the outlet header will ONLY spin up if set manually or tied to the chipset (ICH) temperature - which is nearly useless as this almost never changes by a significant margin.

Upon reading about how the fan controls for this board are supposed to work, it seems like setting both the outlet header and cpu header to "CPU" and setting processor temperatures accordingly would achieve what I want, but it does not.

Would really love to hear from someone at Intel or someone with this board who has actually managed to do what I'm attempting.  Thanks in advance!
