You cannot install NIC driver because your NIC device ID 10AA is not in driver's inf device list. I checked my S5520HC with same NIC chip and found the device ID is 10A7. Probably your NIC EEPROM is corrupted. The Device ID is stored in the EEPROM. EEPROM content corruption might induce device ID change. Go ahead to replace your board.

Do you happen to have your boards Serial number?
You might be able to do a forced driver load, but the better choice is replaceing the board assumong it is still under warranty.
You can contact the support team and they should be able to assist you with the replacement.
