Does anyone knew how many atomic counters are available per core? Where to find more information about using them?
The FPGA provides 2 * 48 = 96 32-bit atomic increment counters. The addresses of the counter sets start at the 4K page boundaries 0xE000 and 0xF000
to allow for protecting one set for ring3 and one set for ring0.
See http://communities.intel.com/docs/DOC-6241 for details about them.
