    Computer shutdown due to overheat

      Hi there,

My computer shut downs automatically - complete power off. Once I power-on it, it gives the message "The CPU was previously shutdown due to a thermal event (overheating). Service the unit right away to resolve this."

The computer shutdowns again 2-3 times before it comes back completely to normal stage.

This has happened 4 or 5 time in one week. I have cleaned the dust inside the computer. The internal fans (Powers supply and Processor) are working fine. The Intel Active Monitor shows the temperature increases whenever I use Internet explorer.  At the time of shutdown, there was either no other application running or only a couple of them. Snap shots of Task Manager & Intel Active monitor is attached just before the shutdown. Room temperature is around 21-23 DegC.  Any suggestions.

      Thank you,
