Hello everyone,
First of all, excuse for my poor english. My language is french but i'll try to do my best to be understood.
So after 4 days of use, when playing windows game cards, the PC was suddenly stopped to work (black screen) and since that, i wasn't able to boot it.
After a lot of process for testing all parts, it seems that the PC boot normally with another CPU, and my CPU blocks boot on another PC.
That is evident that problems come from the CPU.
I've bought the CPU from Grosbill Paris (France) but i'm living in Madagascar. Grosbill just wrote me to contact Intel for warrant and so one.
I don't know how to proceed exactly so i need help please.
Thanks

This is it, right down your browser, click Live Chat Support.
Live chat would not be available if only you have a fast Internet connection.
It is better to go back where you bought your current CPU and change it for a new one.

Sorry, I got no idea about these two cities you mentioned above.
You could check the interface of your CPU first.

The live support is not avalaible...
Otherwise, the retailer refused to replace it for a new one. I don't know what the reason, he just gave me a phone number for calling INTEL (+33 14 19 18 529)
So i've make the call. I've discussed with a INTEL operator who promise me to send an e-mail.
I's waiting for 7 hours now but I've never received this e-mail and i don't know concretely what i have to do.

OK OK
After some e-mails exchanges, the retailler finally accepts to see my defectuous products. I don't know yet if they would replace them or contact the constructor (Asus for my motherboard and Intel for the CPU). Hope they will make me favor. Theses products only have 1 month old.
Wish me good luck.
I thank everyone we have bring help.
