Turning off vsync with Intel HD 3000

Hi,

So I need to turn off vsync in the control panel, since counter strike 1.6 does not have the option for this and im getting terrible fps stutters with opengl. However, the only settings for vsync are "application settings" and "on". Err...I think they missed the "off" option? Is there a way to turn it off?

Cheers,

Jack.

Doesn't work, I tried yesterday. Even the Vsync On option doesn't work in OpenGL as well as Direct3D games. This is another placebo button in control panel. Same with AF in Direct3d games via control panel, it just doesn't work.

Exactly, this problem is ridiculous. It makes old opengl games basically unplayable.
