Need some help with fan speed on SE7520AF2 in a SC5300AF2 case

We had a failed CPU fan, all other fans kicked into high speed as expected.  I replaced the CPU fan and the fans are still running at high speed.

There is nothing in the BIOS setting to change fan speed.

I attempted to run the FRU SDR utility, I went through the steps answered the questions and it got all the way to writing and it asked for a password to write into the BMC.  There was never a password set.

I read a thread from someone else and there was a download for a stand alone FRU utility, I downloaded it I think it is 6.X and it said it is not for this board.
