You have an Intel(R) Desktop Board DH67CL which according to Supported operating systems is only supported on client versions of Microsoft Windows*.
I checked the Technical Product Specification and see that this board has an Intel® 82579V Gigabit Ethernet Controller, which does not have a driver for any Microsoft Windows* Server OS.
But all is not lost. Other users have used a driver for a similar controller in the same situation. See 2008 R2 NIC driver for 82579V for a workaround. Remember this OS is not supported and the driver was not qualified on your network connection, but you might be able to use it anyway.
