Boxed SSD Products (SSD purchased from a retailer) Contact the original retail outlet, distributor or OEM from whom you purchased your SSD or system. If you are outside of the warranty provided from the seller contact Intel® Customer Support.

Yeah, you still have manufacturer warranty if the store closes down. Had to do this with a NIC and found the direct Intel warranty process is pretty good.
