I can't say that I've ever seen that message before.
For general troubleshooting, I would recommend updating the firmware on the RAID card. Post the RAID log (in a ZIP or RAR to save space), and post the SEL if you are using a server board with a BMC.
Does Windows tell you what module or STOP code is in the blue screen?
I can't find how to attach file there (except image or video). So I upload RAR archive with full RAID log to our website (click to download).
We don't use server board with BMC.
I see the RAID creation on April 20th, but no significant errors.
One thing I did notice is that the drives WD2002FAEX-0 are not on the tested hard drive list at http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/server/sb/CS-031393.htm.
In my experience, using untested drives can lead to unpredictable results.
We solve the problem. Server works unstable because of integrated NIC. We disable NIC integrated in motherboard and connect network to external NIC. Now server works fine.
