Intel® Gigabit CT Desktop Adapter vmware workstation (udp) packets offload?

      Dear sir/madam,

I am looking into buying a network card for my gaming pc which is also hosting web and game servers.

The game servers are currently halo(use udp packets) and run inside vmware workstation (guest os is windows 7 32 bit)

On the computer itself(host os :windows 7 64 bit) I run an xampp installation to host my website as well as a teamspeak 3 server.

I am currently using a Realtek® 8111E Gigabit LAN controller, which does need seem to have any offload at all when I check with netsh int ipv4 show offload in windows 7.

my virtual network card in vmware does seem to have this...

Would my vmware halo servers also get offloaded with this card or only my host os traffic?

Also will this card benefit my(udp and icmp) ping times and or transfer speeds?(I couldn't find any reliable reviews)

also does this card support ipv6 offloadfor tcp and udp?
