I had the same problem. I found out that it was my powersupply. Changed it with my old one and it just booted fine and running for 2 day's now without a problem..
Is the power supply you have now gold plus cert. with APFC , These new boards are very picky about having correct power If it says 12 volts and you got 11.6 volts thats a problem if it says 5.5 volts and you got 4.7 volts thats a problem ??? Got a Multimeter ??
I have tested my video card in other pc and it worked fine, and put other video card in my motherboard dh61be and its worked too.
The problem is the compatibility betheen motherboard and video card.
Any one can help me?
It was a compatability issue for me. I ended up sending back the Geforce cards and going with Radeon cards. I really wanted Nvidia, but it wasn't meant to be. The cards I have now work great and have excellent graphics. If you can exchange yours, you might try that. Some of these motherboards are being found to be incompatible with some of the Nvidia cards, and there doesn't seem to be much we can do about it yet.
