The specs on the HD 2000 graphics say they are opengl compatible. I have the new driver. Even in advanced settings I can not access these settings. Can anyone help?

I see that you are inquiring about the support for Open GL* on the Intel(R) graphics controller.
In regards to your inquire, you can find the Open GL* versions supported by the Intel(R) graphics controllers at the following web site:

On the older graphics drivers, you where able to change the settings for the Open GL*, unfortunately these options are not available on the newer driver releases.
