Intel TV Wizard fails to start

Hello,

I have Windows 7 Ultimate. Intel TV Wizard fails as follows:

* Right mouse click on the desktop

* Click on Intel TV Wizard

* The error message "TVWizard2ft has stopped working" appears

How do I resolve this?
