Intel HD update knocks out wireless lan

I have updated the Intel HD drivers and they knock out the wireless lan. I have tried reinstalling the wireless drivers but this didn't work. When I roll back the Intel HD drivers the wireless comes back on.

I run an Acer Aspire 5742, i5 processor, Windows 7 64 bit, Atheros AR5B97 wireless adaptor.

Any help would be appreciated
