Intel Pentium Dual-Core E5800 Overclocking

I have a new Pentium Dual-Core E5800 that I want to overclock

- 2 cores

- 3.2 GHz

- 800 MHz FSB

- 2 MB L2 Cache

Right now, my idle temperatures are around 40 C (I know the safe max is 74 C)

Anyone know stable overclocked settings? What is a good temperature to have the CPU at on average? (high temperatures on a regular basis is bad, though it may be below the limit)

Just to clarify, overclocking only poses the risk of overheating (right?). Is there any other way it can damage a system?

Thanks,

Rifdhan
