You have enabled PLL overvoltage?  States clearly in both BIOS as well as Intel Performance Tuning Guide that changing this setting might cause wake-up issues from sleep.

Look at page 30 or in BIOS.

I have disabled PLL overvoltage (default BIOS settings) but have the same problem.

            any suggestions?

Well, same goes for me aswell.I setted my Bios to his default values, but another funny thing happened. After i discovered i wasn`t able to woke my pc from sleep,i ended up the sleep service. Now,after i reseted my Bios,i started the service again, but he won`t go to sleep anymore.....weird.

Also i have another problem....once in awhile,my pc restarts all of a sudden, and in Event viewer i found this "kernel power event id 41 task 63"....wich is new.

So,if any of you guys, have any ideea what i might do to solve this, please feel free to enlight me.Thank you.
