I recently tried to compile XHPL which comes with RCCE when I noticed that there is no MKL installed on the system. Is it possible to compile XHPL without using MKL?
No, you need MKL.
What system are you on?
If you are in the data center we'll put MKL on for you.
If you are on your own system, it's downloadable but you have to request a license number from SCC_Research_Proposals.
This would be great. I'm on Marc040. Thank you!
You can use LinpackHPL from http://www.netlib.org/benchmark/hpl/
We got you a license number for marc040. MKL should be up and running soon.
