I have a BLKD955XBKLKR mother board and thanks to a bad storm or something, the power supply and the MOBO needed to be replaced. I actually found the same model MOBO for replacement. I have two disks in a raid 0. As far as I can tell, the drives are OK. The repaired system sees to two disks but only gives me an option to build a new raid.
Does anyone know of a way to recognize the raid setup on these two disks without wiping them out? I thought about taking two other disks and building a raid 0 with them and them putting my two good disks in place of them, but I'm guessing that will not work because I think the raid controller recognizes the drives in the raid by serial number or something. If anyone has any good ideas for this, let me know.
