I suggest you to try clearing the system CMOS removing the CMOS battery and all power cables from the power supply to the motherboard, leaving the system without power for 12 hours at least, then try a BIOS recovery with the file posted here:
You will need to follow the instrcutions posted on this site:
Be sure to disconnect all peripherals not required for the update, even the mouse, keyboard, hard drives and any other CD/DVD ROM, this may take up to 15 minutes even if there is no display on the system
In addition, remove any devices from the computer and leave the motherboard only with the power supply, processor, fan ad Heat Sink, one stick of RAM memory, and the monitor. Remove any other SATA, USB, etc. device connected and power on the computer.
Furthermore, test the motherboard and those devices out of the chassis, placed on a non-conductive surface like a newspaper, a magazine or something similar, this is to check that the problem is not related to any grounding issue.
