Asus 6950's Crossfired on a DX58SO2 mobo

I recently built a new computer using Intels new DX58SO2 main board I bought a huge case (coolermaster HAF) So I could easily fit my 2 Asus 6950's in but now I'm not sure if I may need to get a different motherboard, because the card sit almost right on top of eachother. Will this be a problem? or should I not worry about it?
