Intel S5000PSL SATAR - Cant disable memory sparing

I bought a used S5000PSL SATAR and at first it seemed to work but after some testing I recognised that Memory Sparing is always activated and I cant disablle it or even do other sensible changes in the Bios. I also get an Error in the Log that the password has been cleared via jumper which I cant clear.

I have now updated the Bios, removed battery for some hours, all Jumpers are in correct position but I cant change values and always get the error. I'm preparing this machine for one of our customers so I hope it will work. Does anybody has an idea what I could try to make it work?
