In your device manager right mouse click the graphics card you want to disable and choose disable form the list.
F2 to enter BIOS set-up
Arrow over to Advance and down to PCI configuration
Select the options for video you want.
If you disable the onboard video, and have a issue in the future with teh video card, you will have to use the clear CMOS jumper to restor the defaults and get video back.

I already tried to change BIOS settings : Onboard Video Disabled : it was not better. My PCI card was not detected and I had to clear CMOS.
