Please confirm you used Local admin rights to install the patch
Can you please provide us with some additional information:
1. What OS and service pack level is your SCS 6 running on?
2. Are you logged into the SCS server with the same user account used when SCS was originally installed?
3. When running the hotfix have you right clicked on the installation file and chose "run as administrator"?
I can see from the screen shot that you did not include the installation directory on the command line when running the install script.
This is outlined in the Hotfix documentation as:
Install_Patch.bat "C:\Program Files\Intel\AMTConfServer\Service\"
Try running it again.
