Problem solved.....After further research, I created a slipstream disc with SP3 integrated and added the drivers for the Raid controllers, the ESATA controllers and some of the other integrated hardware on the board. XP loaded the first time using this process. I then used the board install disc to install the rest of the drivers or the correct drivers for the board. Machine runs like a champ.

I too have an issue with the RAID setup on the dp67bg. I have RAID enabled in the BIOS but for the life of me can never get the CTRL-I screen to show to configure the RAID. Solution intel?
Use BIOS 1569 mate.
