Hi. im looking to build a new computer that would last me till the next generation processors come out and I am a little worried that if a build a computer with the new sandy bridge i5 that if 2160p blu-rays come out in a year or two that my current sandy bridge processor couldnt not handle it. I know that they support blu-ray 3D but will they also support technology such as 4k or 2160p which hdmi 1.4 currently supports. Because otherwise I might have to stick with what Ive got until better processors come out.
